Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Alhassan Raouf, we understand that purchasing diamond jewelry is a deeply personal and significant investment.
To ensure your precious pieces arrive safely, discreetly, and securely, we enforce a strict shipping and handling protocol.
1. Processing & Handling Time
Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders are processed, securely packed, and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days after payment verification.
Custom & Bespoke Pieces: Because our custom designs and tailored diamond jewelry require meticulous craftsmanship, production times vary.
Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for creation before shipping. Your dedicated consultant will provide regular updates during this process.
2. Secure Shipping Methods & Costs
To guarantee maximum security, all our jewelry shipments are fully insured and handled exclusively by premium courier services.
Domestic Shipping: Free of charge. Delivery typically takes 1 to 3 business days once dispatched.
International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days once dispatched.
Please Note: Due to insurance regulations and the high value of our items, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding addresses.
3. Discreet Packaging
For security reasons and to keep your surprises safe, the outer packaging of your delivery will be entirely discreet and unbranded.
There will be no mention of "Alhassan Raouf," "jewelry," or "diamonds" on the outside of the box.
Inside, your jewelry will be beautifully presented in our luxury signature branded gift boxes, complete with diamond grading certificates where applicable.
4. Mandatory Signature Upon Delivery
For your protection, all Alhassan Raouf shipments require a government-issued ID check and an adult signature (18+) upon delivery.
The courier will not leave the package at the doorstep, with a neighbor, or unattended.
If you are not available to sign for the package, the courier will attempt redelivery or hold it at a secure local facility for pickup with your ID.
5. Shipments are Fully Insured
Every piece of jewelry shipped by Alhassan Raouf is fully insured from the moment it leaves our hands until it is signed for by you.
Once a signature is obtained at the delivery address, the insurance coverage ends, and responsibility for the item transfers to the recipient.
6. International Duties and Taxes
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes levied by the destination country.
These charges are collected by the courier at the time of delivery.
Alhassan Raouf has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
7. Inspection Upon Arrival
We highly recommend inspecting your package for any signs of tampering before signing for it.
If the outer packaging appears damaged, torn, or opened, please refuse the delivery, take a photograph of the box if possible, and contact our customer care team immediately.
