EXCHANGE, REFUND, & CANCELLATION POLICY
Welcome to Alhassan Raouf, the premier bridal concept store designed to bring your dream wedding to life under one luxurious roof.
Because our House provides highly bespoke creations, elite designer collaborations, and exclusive event-orchestration services, we operate under strict operational guidelines to protect artisanal craftsmanship and guarantee flawless delivery.
By placing an order, submitting a deposit, or executing a service agreement with Alhassan Raouf, you fully accept and agree to the following terms, conditions, and policies.
ARTICLE I: FINE JEWELRY & DIAMONDS
1.1 Ready-to-Wear Signature Collections
Items purchased from our ready-to-wear, non-customized showroom inventory may be exchanged exclusively for Store Credit or a piece of equivalent value within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date.
No cash or credit card refunds will be issued.
Items must be presented in pristine, unworn, and unaltered condition.
All original packaging, independent laboratory diamond grading certificates, including original GIA or IGI dossiers, and sales receipts must accompany the return.
Alhassan Raouf reserves the absolute right to refuse any exchange if the piece shows microscopic signs of wear, degradation, or has been modified by an outside jeweler.
1.2 Bespoke, Custom, and Sourced Diamond Creations
Any piece of fine jewelry that is uniquely custom-designed, engraved, modified from its original showroom state, or features a diamond or gemstone specifically sourced from global markets for the client is considered a Final Sale.
Once design schematics, CAD layouts, or 3D renderings are formally approved by the client, production commences immediately.
No cancellations, alterations, refunds, or exchanges will be granted under any circumstances after production begins.
1.3 Professional Ring Resizing
We provide one (1) complimentary professional ring resizing for signature engagement rings within sixty (60) days of the purchase date, provided that the physical design and stone setting parameters permit alteration without compromising structural integrity.
ARTICLE II: BRIDAL COUTURE
2.1 Bespoke & Made-to-Order Gowns
Alhassan Raouf partners with elite fashion designers and global textile houses to craft garments tailored precisely to your physical measurements and aesthetic specifications.
The 48-Hour Cancellation Window: Clients are granted a strict forty-eight (48) hour grace period from the time of initial deposit placement to cancel an order.
Cancellations executed within this window will receive a full refund, less a 10% administrative, processing, and consultation fee.
Post-48 Hours Status: Following the expiration of the grace period, raw material allocation, pattern drafting, and designer design retainers are fully executed.
The commission immediately transitions to completely non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-exchangeable status.
The client assumes full legal and contractual obligation to fulfill all subsequent milestone payments as scheduled.
2.2 Showroom Sample and Off-the-Rack Transactions
Showroom sample gowns or off-the-rack pieces are sold strictly "As-Is".
All sales are final. No refunds, returns, credit adjustments, or exchanges are permitted.
2.3 Fit Realization and Alteration Accountability
Our couture agreements include a dedicated, fixed sequence of scheduled in-house fittings.
Upon the conclusion of the final fitting, the client will execute a Couture Acceptance Form.
Once this form is signed and physical possession of the gown is transferred, Alhassan Raouf is completely released from any subsequent alteration liabilities or fitting modifications.
ARTICLE III: WEDDING PLANNING & CONCIERGE SERVICES
3.1 Non-Refundable Initial Retainer
To preserve an unmatched level of bespoke attention, the Alhassan Raouf Wedding Planning division rigorously limits the total number of couples accepted each wedding season.
Consequently, the initial retainer required to secure your date is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, representing the exclusive reservation of our team’s calendar and resources.
3.2 Cancellation Timelines and Financial Liability
Should the client choose to terminate or cancel the wedding planning agreement, formal written notice must be delivered to our corporate offices.
Financial obligations are strictly determined by the following timelines:
More than 90 Days Prior to the Event: The client is released from future unbilled milestone payments. All historical deposits and payments made prior to the written notice are completely retained by Alhassan Raouf.
Within 90 Days of the Event: Due to the extensive preparatory timelines, vendor contract management, and comprehensive spatial design finalized by this stage, the remaining contract balance is legally due in full and remains non-refundable.
3.3 Event Postponement and Calendar Adjustments
If a client requests a change of the event date, Alhassan Raouf will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the transition, subject strictly to team and planner availability.
A structural Date Change Fee will be applied to cover mandatory vendor re-contracting and calendar adjustments.
In the event that the Alhassan Raouf team is fully committed on the newly requested date, the agreement will be officially categorized as "Canceled by the Client," and the terms outlined in Section 3.2 will govern.
ARTICLE IV: CORPORATE QUALITY GUARANTEE
Every single creation that bears the Alhassan Raouf name undergoes rigorous multi-tier quality control checks.
In the highly exceptional event that a luxury piece arrives with a verifiable manufacturing defect, the client must notify their dedicated Bridal Consultant within forty-eight (48) hours of physical receipt.
Alhassan Raouf will prioritize immediate repair, correction, or replacement of the piece to honor our brand's exacting standards.
